All shipments dispatched through our digital storefront to the United States are strictly governed by the operational terms outlined below. 1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are subject to a mandatory administrative verification, quality control inspection, and packaging phase prior to dispatch.
• Processing Time: Please allow one to three (1 to 3) business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) for your order to be processed, packed, and transferred to our international shipping network.
• Order confirmation does not imply immediate carrier dispatch; you will receive a secondary notification containing terminal tracking parameters once your package leaves our logistics hub.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines (United States)
Once your order has been successfully processed and handed over to our premier commercial carriers, transit time to any destination within the United States is estimated as follows:
• Estimated Delivery Time: Three to seven (3 to 7) business days.
• Total Estimated Timeframe: Under normal operational conditions, the comprehensive timeframe from chronological purchase to delivery at your designated destination is four to ten (4 to 10) business days.
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided directly by shipping carriers and are not absolute guarantees. Under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we strive to meet these estimates; however, unpredictable logistical friction may occur.
3. Tracking and Order Monitoring
Upon carrier dispatch, an automated electronic notification will be transmitted to the email address provided during checkout (hairawaysupport@gmail.com). This communication will include an active tracking number and an end-to-end electronic verification link. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to monitor the tracking progression and ensure a recipient is available at the designated address at the time of delivery.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
As a global dropshipping entity utilizing direct-to-consumer logistics channels, items may occasionally be dispatched from international fulfillment hubs. The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of statutory import taxes, customs duties, or structural clearance fees enforced by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). If any such localized fees apply, they are the 100% financial responsibility of the consumer.
5. Transfer of Title & Risk of Loss
In strict compliance with applicable commercial statutes, all transactions are executed under an F.O.B. (Free on Board) shipping point framework. Title to the merchandise and absolute risk of loss or structural damage transfer entirely to the consumer the exact moment the package is securely scanned and accepted into the custody of the logistics carrier.
HairAway Pets assumes zero legal or financial liability for packages that are stolen after verified carrier delivery ("porch piracy"), misrouted due to consumer address entry errors, or delayed by unexpected environmental events or carrier strikes.
6. Unverifiable and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The consumer warrants that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and secure. HairAway Pets is operationally unable to accommodate address modification requests once an order has transitioned to our logistics queue. If a shipment is rendered undeliverable, returned to a sorting hub, or permanently lost due to a deficient or inaccurate address provided by the customer, the customer assumes full asset forfeiture, and no financial restitution or complimentary reshipment will be granted.
